on how to use it, etc. As I understand it, sand the rust smooth, apply the special primer/neutralizer and then top coat with this stuff. POR15 is a very good sealer -- so moisture can't get onto the rust and re-start the decaying process. From what I understand it's an epoxy type paint -- similiar (in finish) to that used for brake caliper painting.... The last Eastwood catalog I got in the mail had some pictures...
